Leland has been working as a professional photographer for over 30 years. He began as a news photographer for various newspapers culminating with the Los Angeles Times. After a 10-year career as a photojournalist, he ventured into the world of freelance corporate photography. Leland has shot for UBS Financial, Morgan Stanley Wealth Management & Honeywell.

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
Editorial-I love the challenge of using creative lighting to capture the essence of the event & person! When I am the only person who who captured that image brings a special thrill to me. Portraiture-by using a studio or natural background I made them look their best. Editorial photography- Capturing the perfect moment thereby memorializing it

In college I took first place in the state of California in the collegiate news photographer division. Currently, my biggest recognition as the father of 4 children & 7 grandchildren, I am the family photographer!
A fun fact about this photographer
I grew up in S. Florida and fell in love with the water. By the time I was 8 years old, I was surfing. At 18 I was an active scuba diver. As a news photographer, I met & photographed some famous people, including former president, Ronald Reagan.
