Liam Goss has been taking photos for the past three years. Originally located in Albuquerque, New Mexico and later on moving to Chicago, Illinois, he has been capturing the stories of the under represented and under acknowledged, making them feel just as important as the celebrities in the headlines. He has gone on over 500 total shoots, for every day people, large events, highly funded companies like Nike, Carhartt, and several restaurants in Albuquerque and Chicago. One of the nicest, hardest working photographers in the area, Liam Goss has a unique editing style that separates him from the less hard working photographers out there. All his free time is spent shooting with people for free who can't afford his rates as well as constantly editing new photos and posting them for the community to see.
I love to showcase life in a new way. I believe my pictures show a blue collar aspect to life that doesn't exist anywhere else. I charge rates that everyone can afford because I believe that everyone deserves a photo shoot, not just celebrities and people with tons of money. I work for the people because nobody works for the people.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done a lot of portrait shoots and what I do that makes them different, unique, and special is that I promote the idea of quick and affordable. I am the McDonalds of photos if McDonald's also made 5 star restaurant food. I make shoots quick, fun, relaxed and give people unbelievably high quality content for the price. People always get the photos and just say "wow" because they realized the steal the just got.
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
I won the award for best video amongst my high school graduation class. I also won the award for most affordable prices in Chicago, nobody else offers photo shoots for as low as $30.
A fun fact about this photographer
I have been raising and selling expensive freshwater shrimp for 2 years.
