More about Lior K....
What do you love about your job?
The main reason I love what I do is because people's smiles are infectious, and that always sparks my soul and my flashes to do a phenomenal job for the client.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I've done many shoots for various people and various industries. I've done extravagant shoots with Scotch Bonnets and lemongrass flying in the air, and I've done intimate parties where the photographer needs to be on the down-low. I try to make the client feel special by involving them in the process, making them feel good about their photos, and showing them results as we go. I always do my best in capturing a great moment from a great angle!
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
My proudest photo is when I gathered a Priest, an Imam, and a Rabbi to stand together near an angel statue at The Exhibition Place. When I took the photo of all of them, I felt like I had composed a frame of unity, humanity, and hope in one picture. A very special moment for me.
A fun fact about this photographer
I started off with acting and got my 30 seconds of fame on TV when I played as an escaped convict on CBC's The Border. I also play basketball.
