More about Lucie V....
What do you love about your job?
What I love most about my job is the opportunity to create something meaningful for people. Photography allows me to capture moments that are fleeting yet deeply personal, and to turn them into memories that can be cherished forever. I love the connection I build with my clients, the trust they place in me, and the way each session becomes a shared experience. Every shoot is different, and every person has a story to tell, which keeps my work endlessly inspiring and fulfilling.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have worked on a wide range of shoots, including family sessions, events, landscapes, and portraits for both commercial and artistic purposes. I make each session special by focusing on authenticity and emotion, creating a space where people feel relaxed and natural. I pay attention to the small details, the light, and the surroundings, so that every image tells a story. Whether I am capturing a family moment, a special event, or a carefully composed portrait, my goal is always to create images that are unique, meaningful, and memorable.
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
I have had the opportunity to showcase my work in two exhibitions, which was a very meaningful recognition of my photography. Beyond that, my work has been featured in various local projects and appreciated by clients for its authentic and artistic approach. While I haven’t worked in galleries yet, these experiences have been important milestones in my journey as a photographer.
A fun fact about this photographer
A fun fact about me is that I spent two years traveling solo across Asia when I was 19. I took way too many photos, got lost more times than I can count, tried foods I couldn’t even pronounce, and laughed my way through countless adventures. I honestly wouldn’t be where I am today without that experience.
