What do you love about your job?

My favorite activity is observing. I can spend hours and hours observing the world around me. I think this is one of the most valuable skills for me as a photographer. Over time I have learned to see the stories, the light and the right moments in the moments. And this is what I love about my work. Capturing those right and valuable moments out of the sea of time that passes around us. Photography is about the right second. If we miss this one second, the photo is lost and it can't be repeated.

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

While studying photography at university, we had to go through all the photography tipes to find out which genre of photography suited us best. During this journey I not only found what I really enjoy but more importantly I found that if I put passion and something of my soul into my work. That extra step that about 95% of my colleagues around me can't give. So that's what sets you apart from the rest.

Awards, honors, and recognitions received

I have never entered my work in any competition in my life. For me, the biggest sign of a job well done is seeing my work live and being used by my clients. When I see my photographs represent a company on their website and social media and that company grows and grows from a small company to a larger company and I capture that whole journey and work with them.

A fun fact about this photographer

Before I moved to Scotland and studied photography at university here, photography was just a great love of mine and a bit of a family legacy. I was working in a completely different industry and that was in a business that focused on technology. It was a job that could give me freedom and financial security, but not satisfy my soul. Therefore, the total change of my life and the place where I live brought me closer to photography, which was to be my work and life from the beginning.
