Nathan Croslin is a professional photographer, videographer, and branding expert from Chesapeake, Virginia. As a Vice-Chair on the Chesapeake Fine Arts Commission and Director of Community Development for the Virginia Beach Jaycees, Nathan is committed to crafting culture in the 757 region through photographic endeavors. He is passionate about inspiring youth and creating artistic career opportunities for underrepresented communities. When he is not busy focusing on community work he is seen honing his media abilities at a local photo studio.
I love creating. I love the process of creating. The ability to take someone's moments and create a tangible memory is what keeps me going. I love showing the finished results and seeing how people react as well.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have a wide portfolio of photography, I have done sessions ranging from elopements, to real estate photography, to doing behind the scene photography for a presidential commercial. I really have worked on a plethora of sessions and I make them all special by connecting with the people I work with and enjoying the time while creating.

I have been featured in Something In The Water's "Community Conversations" for creating communal impact in Hampton Roads. I was also featured in the Virginian Pilot for creating a mental health photography series.
A fun fact about this photographer
I have always been a musician at heart and I played baritone and trombone for 7 years prior to becoming a photographer. I am also a city appointed Fine Arts Commissioner for Chesapeake.
