More about Robert T....
What do you love about your job?
What I love about my job is that no two days are alike! I can go from hanging out of a helicopter one day to taking photos of a new line of pool brushes the next! I am a natural problem solver and enjoy the challenges doing photography across such a wide variety of genres offers.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
Aside from my work with inanimate objects I do quite a bit of portrait and lifestyle shooting. The most important aspect of working with people whether pro models or someone just needing a headshot for work is getting to know them. I have worked as a producer in the music industry for over 30 years. That requires getting amazing performances out of people in a timely manner. I use the same techniques to make my subjects feel comfortable enough to show me their true selves.
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
In his favorite specialty, aviation work, he has been published internationally and has captured the cover of aviation magazines nine times. The City of Mesa chose Robert's work as the focal point of the Falcon Field Airport terminal building and one hangar at the airport will have his photo as a wrap 28' tall! He has also supplied photos to many local magazines and brochures including the Phoenix Zoo. Robert's work has won dozens of judged and fan-chosen contests online.
A fun fact about this photographer
