More about Sandon V....
What do you love about your job?
I love the challenge of photographing cars. Static or moving, each car has certain angles where you can really see what the designers were after. Finding that angle where the light highlights those lines just right, it's almost like you can see those pencil lines. When a photo captures it just right, I can sit and stare at it for hours.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I've shot for a number of automotive outlets. One of my favorite was photographing the Honda Ridgeline in Baja Mexico for Automobile Magazine. Full of sand, dust, and dirt it was no easy trip but it was such a memorable experience.
A fun fact about this photographer
I love film photography and motion picture. I have more film cameras than digital including a super 16mm camera that I had my wedding shot on. I try to shoot and develop as much film as I can, to me there's no better way to really keep memories that will go beyond my own lifetime.
