What do you love about your job?

I love hearing other people's stories. Their loves, their sorrows, their wounds... Every little detail that makes them who they are makes them unique. Special. I like to capture that special spark in my photos. It's priceless.

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

I've taken a lot of portraits. And I don't think I've made them special ; the subjects are. The way they laugh, smile, try to look good in a photo, when in fact they already are pretty. They just don't know it yet ; not until they see how I see them through my lens.

I've never won one (unless you count the one I won in high school for best photo in the school contest). But I'd like to win one someday.

I am a writer. I write romance novels. And I like to take photos in my spare time to illustrate certain scenes in my novels.
