What do you love about your job?
I love that photography allows me to view properties and spaces through a unique, artistic lens. As a property photographer, I get to highlight the beautiful design details that make each home or commercial space unique. When I capture real estate images, I enjoy showcasing properties in their best possible light. From grand exterior architectural features right down to small interior decor touches, I reveal spaces at their aesthetic best.
What I enjoy most about property photography is transforming plain-looking listings into striking visual showpieces. It’s incredibly fulfilling to take a home buyers might otherwise overlook and dramatically enhance its online curb appeal through skilled lighting, thoughtful staging and compositional choices. I help buyers visualise themselves living life in these spaces by creating warm, welcoming images.
Experimenting with dramatic angles, interesting perspectives and sharp attention to textures and colours in my property photography allows me to exercise and expand my creative boundaries. No two rooms or buildings have the same light patterns, shapes, surfaces or scale. So each shoot presents fun new challenges for me to problem-solve and turn ordinary spaces into extraordinary photographs.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I've primarily done property shoots for estate agents. I spend a lot of attention on the composition of the photos aswell as polished editing.
A fun fact about this photographer
I studied Film and TV Production at university. While I work in Marketing and Photography, I still like to write scripts in the hope that one day I will be able to produce one.
