Stella Favaro is a young professional freelance photographer, studying photography among other things as a student in college. She has made a name for herself as a prevalent fashion and portraiture photographer, as well as a live music event photographer--working with famous music groups such as Oh Wonder, NoMBe, COIN, and many others. She has worked with hundreds of worldwide fashion companies, has experience as a social media influencer, and is deeply passionate about her work.
My favorite thing about my job is the freedom to create what I want to create; my primary goal is to capture memories and enhance the spirit of adventure. I love travelling for my photography and meeting new people in beautiful places, shooting and listening to new music artists, meeting new families, graduating seniors, models, and everything else that this job entails. It's magical when the world is your workplace.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I've worked for hundreds of international clothing companies as a fashion photographer, which is where my business really took off. These were incredibly special shoots for me, because I was able to combine the unique style of each company with my California environment and bring so much variation into my life. I was also able to start a collection of postcards, stamps, and other paraphernalia from foreign countries (such as Thailand, Slovenia, Canada, Ukraine, Guatemala, and many more) that I received while working with said companies.
I've also worked extensively as a family/individual portrait photographer, having done multiple family sessions and senior portrait sessions. These are always so special to me because of how unique each individual is, and how I'm able to create an entirely different experience with each client.
I have experience as a live music/event photographer as well. I worked with the 2018 Napa Valley BottleRock music festival as a staff photographer, and in conjunction with many famous music artists to capture their performances in the photo pit!

A fun fact about this photographer
I'm studying the Russian language in college, and have studied abroad in Eastern Europe twice! I love taking photographs there because the culture, language, and people are so different.
