What do you love about your job?
I don't view real estate photography as a job because I have a genuine passion for it! There's nothing quite like the excitement of visiting a new home every day, meeting wonderful people, and building connections. I take immense pleasure in assisting clients in achieving their goal of selling their homes, hoping they receive every penny, and possibly more, for their valuable properties.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
My portfolio spans a diverse range of shoots, including aerial photography and video, professional daytime sessions, immersive 360/3D virtual tours, enchanting twilight shoots, captivating walk-through videos, and luxurious property showcases.
To make each of these shoots truly special, my approach is centered on understanding and aligning with the client's unique vision. It's about discovering what resonates with them, what sets the property apart, and how we can effectively convey those qualities through visuals.
While I certainly infuse my creative flair into each project, the essence of making them special lies in tailoring my work to the client's desires and emphasizing the features that originally attracted them to the property, ultimately helping potential buyers envision their dream home.

A fun fact about this photographer
Becoming a real estate photographer was quite unexpected for me, considering my extensive background in the mortgage industry, spanning more than two decades. I've held various roles, including underwriter, loan processor, loan closer, and escrow officer, which provided me with invaluable experience in the financial sector. Interestingly, my college education was centered around Computers and Information Technology, and I never actually applied my degree until six years after graduating.
