I love to evoke a feeling for someone in my photographs. They say a picture is worth a thousand words but for me a photograph is worth a thousand feelings/emotions. One thing that I love is when my viewers come and tell me "Wow, that photograph makes me hungry for what's on the plate!." Every time I hear those words, I know my mission was accomplished for the day. If I can evoke those feelings of nostalgia with my images for the viewer then I know I'm doing my part in the world as an artist.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done company/event photography shoots (such as Google and Facebook). I like meeting and engaging with new people and it awards me to do the type of work that allows me to meet and greet individuals from all walks of life. How I get people more comfortable with me is I always start off with a compliment as an intro and then ask them their best or worst experience in life. As stated prior, conversation start ups are my speciality and my extrovert-ness pushes me to put myself out there to network and truly make people feel special.
