More about Tsan Y....
What do you love about your job?
After years at a large advertising company that left me burned out, and watching my husband struggle in a toxic and unstable workplace, I knew I needed to create something of my own. Turning my lens toward others and photographing city hall weddings, elopements, and portraits has been a way to reconnect with creativity and with people. My husband often tells me I smile the most when I am editing photos for others, which feels like proof that this is where I belong.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
My city hall weddings and elopements focus on the small, meaningful moments that often go unnoticed; a gentle touch before the ceremony, evening light falling across your shoulders, fleeting expressions that reveal real emotion. I work creatively with what’s around me to make the most of every setting. Small weddings can always carry big feelings through my lens.
My graduation photography focuses on the light, emotion, and atmosphere of your day. I capture the confidence as you step onto campus, the joy of celebrating with friends, and the hopeful moments that show who you are becoming.
My maternity photography pay attention to these tender pieces of your story: the way light wraps gently around your silhouette, the warmth shared between parents, the early signs of a bond that is only beginning to take shape.
A fun fact about this photographer
I have two cats, and one of them definitely has a dog spirit. I rescued my first cat from a shelter, and she became the sweetest little angel in my life. My dog like cat even knows a few tricks. She gives paws and high fives before eating.
