The answer to this question usually sounds cliche, but what I really love about this job is the reaction I get when people see the finished product. It seems to simple to take a photograph, but Im always so amazed with how each photographer creates their own aesthetic.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have worked with families, children, babies, as well as some graduating seniors. My favorite thing to do in shoots is to get those natural quirks that each person brings to a photo. I'm not a fan of doing too many posed shots; the candid shots are usually my favorite of a shoot. For example, the special looks couples give each other make the best photos!
Awards, honors, and recognitions received
I was named the best photographer in my high school, and got numerous praise for my black and white film photography at San Francisco State.
