What do you love about your job?
I love to create art and capturing beautiful moments, beautiful things and sharing happiness in one shot is really what I enjoy about photography. To me, when I look back at a photograph I think about the feelings and get taken back in time to the experience and the fun I had creating these photos.
What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?
I have done many food photo shoots and I made them special by really making the food item pop with lighting and look irresistibly delectable. I have also shot headshots which I made special by creating an atmosphere that made the subject more comfortable. Being friendly and cracking jokes made the client less awkward and helped create some very nice professional headshots. I have shot at Vancouver Fashion Week and made that special by focusing not only on posing and composition but on highlighting the designer pieces and the wonderful makeup and hair that was done one the models. I have done product shoots and have hired models as extra background to really bring the shoot alive and make the products shine with the organic human element.

A fun fact about this photographer
I took Art classes all through out highschool and my first year of college before branching out to study 3D animation, and VFX compositing/video editing. This really helped me develop my creative side as well as understand the technical aspect of using a camera and the intensity of good editing
