Hi! I’m Tijmen Hobbel, a photographer and videographer based in Amsterdam, and the founder of Studio Brainbow. I focus on travel, event and people. Over the past several years, I’ve been fortunate enough to turn my camera into a passport — working across six continents and capturing everything from global conferences and brand activation campaigns to music videos, live performances, and behind-the-scenes moments with touring bands and cozy events My work has taken me from the frozen landscapes of Antarctica to the beaches of Bali, from neon-lit nights in Tokyo to high-end events in Dubai, with a great variety of destinations in between. Along the way, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with a wide range of clients — from small business owners and independent creatives to luxury brands and large-scale, high-ticket productions in exclusive venues. No matter the scale, I approach each project with the same mindset: to capture the energy, story, and atmosphere of the moment in a way that feels authentic and engaging.
