Jenna Houston was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan and graduated from Carnegie Mellon University’s School of Art with a focus in photography and videography. Jenna now works as a freelance photographer and artist having received several awards and grants to continue photography and loves doing portrait shoots, wedding & event photographs, and headshots. Jenna works in the greater Pittsburgh region but accepts select work in Cleveland, Frederick, and other surrounding areas. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions or projects! Hiya Folks! My name is Debbie, but you can call me Ninja (you’ll understand more once we get on the phone. Haha!). I am a Wedding and Portrait Photographer who happens to also be a romantic at heart. I’ve been a photographer for over 10 years and specializing in weddings for 5 of those years. This epic journey of photographing other humans began after a tragic breakup and my best friend (at the time) gifted me my first camera. With that, I’ve been able to use photography as a source of therapy until I realize its true power. In addition to being a photographer, I’m also a content creator and avid traveler over on my personal blog, The Loc’d Bella. When I’m not working on a gorgeous wedding or writing a new blog post, I’m stuffing my face with food while reading an interesting book. My favorite things are a good book, wine, a lasting lipstick, and an occasional long stroll down the sale section in Target (pronounced as tar-jay in your best french accent). I’m a lover of catching flights, lobster rolls, and peel and eat shrimp. My work has been featured on NBC News, Vanity Fair, Teen Vogue, The Cut, Refinery29, BuzzFeed, Huffington Post, DapperQ, to name a few.

Clarita Alave has always had an interest in photography, ever since she was a child. It wasn't until 2016 though that she truly started to hone her skills as a photographer. She attended the International Center of Photography School (ICP). It was here that she learned how to work with a DSLR camera and began experimenting almost exclusively in manual mode. In addition, she became proficient in post-processing images using programs such as Adobe Lightroom and Adobe photoshop. Furthermore, she has been gaining experience working with off-camera flash. Clarita started out shooting landscapes but eventually found that she preferred shooting portraits. She is currently focusing on high fashion, weddings and events, and family portraits. She has attended a number of workshops throughout NYC, Boston, and San Francisco. These workshops focused on a wide array of topics, such as, how to style a wedding, how to manage a photography business, the legal side of a photography business, how to take headshots, handling difficult clients/how to direct models, and how to properly use a flash for both men and women. Clarita is taking her lifelong love of photography and implementing it in ways that are positive for both her and her clients.

Tar is a freelance photographer/videographer who partner with Chef Chuck Valla, NYC based food influencer, to grow their cooking channel to 30K subscribers on social media. He worked with chefs, business owners and web designers to create photos for restaurant website, promotional content and menu on screen. Capturing the indescribable to make impact and inspire people is his passion in photography.

Lauren is a New York-based photographer. She received her BFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. She specializes in headshots, events, and wedding photography. She has shot all around the world and has a passion for travel. Lauren is a big-time animal lover, and has yet to meet a pretzel she doesn't like. When not shooting, you can find her on stage, reading a good book, catching up on old films, and doing yoga.

What sets my work apart is my ability to capture people in a revealing and genuine manner, along with a strong sense of style, technical chops, and attention to detail. I describe my work as candid, and honest. Sure, I’ll do the posey stuff and make sure we stage the important shots, but I know that the “real moments” are those that the client will love the most. I love getting to know new people and situations, capturing the emotions and the interactions to create beautiful heirloom-quality photographs they will absolutely love.
