I was 17 when my Mom and I had a startup. We sold corporate gifting products along with fancy trousseau décor. Naturally, we couldn't afford a professional for a shoot so I learned a few things on how to shoot tabletop/ products on a white background. Started clicking with a Samsung Note 2 and a year later my Dad gifted me a Canon t3i seeing how passionate I was for clicking a perfect shot.
I absolutely love telling stories through my image. I strive on creating a look that is worth a thousand words. Photography allows me to capture those special moments in people's lives and share their story in a way that is honest, artistic and unique. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing the smile on my clients' faces when they go through the images in the album I deliver. Creating a moment of joy for them is what I love.
My favorite place to shoot in San Francisco is Baker Beach in the early morning. The Golden Gate Bridge and the Pacific Pacific Ocean provide spectacular backdrops for any portrait shoot, and the golden glow on the edges of the subject's face makes the overall picture even more vibrant. I also love shooting at the Palace of Fine Arts in the evening hours. However, I like to be flexible and coordinate with the client around the weather as the wind and fog in San Francisco can play a big role in how the place turns out.See portfolio & book
