Lauren really went out of her way to reschedule her other shoots to work us into her schedule. She was very courteous and professional, our team was very happy to be able to work with her. Lauren was also a great help to us when the customer service department wouldn't respond to calls or emails, in getting the photoshoot rescheduled.
