It was the first time I used Snappr to get a photographer for an event my community organisation has put togeter as all my photographer friends were not available. I was having doubts when the original photographer that Snappr recommended (who was based in Ipswich) declined my booking and recommended Hengky (who was based much further away). I had doubts whether he would be on time etc. But my doubts quickly disappeared when Hengky started communicating with me before the event. He arrived on time and he was easy to work with. After taking some instructions from me on what kind of shots to take, he worked on them all throughout the event. His photos were good, clear and sharp, nicely edited and they were delivered within 48 hours. The only thing I would comment is if he could have confirmed if there was a dress code for the event so that he could be appropriately dressed for the event. It was a gala night so we told the guest to come in appropriately dressed for the occassion. Next time we make a booking with Snappr and he is available again, we won't hesitate to use him again. He delivered for sure!
