Melanie Swerdan is an experienced photographer, with a career spanning 10+ years. She started out in music photography with album covers for Billy Ray Cyrus (x2), Jay Malinowski and Armistice, a campaign for Martin Guitars with musician Elle King and completed shoots for an array of artists including: Portugal The Man, Wayne Newton, The Kooks, LP, Hot Hot Heat, Elle King, The Heavy, Big Sugar, Jimmy Gnecco, City and Colour, Lindi Ortega, Matt Mays, Shawn Hook and Coeur De Pirate. She also loves to shoot food photography, landscape, fashion and weddings.

I am a PPOC member (Professional Photographers of Canada) and have completed several Katelyn James' technical training courses. Continuous learning is a huge passion of mine and I absolutely love what I do -- I am so honoured to have captured sessions from extended families, end of life (pet) to weddings where the memories of those who have passed are still hanging on the walls of their homes. We take photographs to help us remember those little moments when time can be a great but cruel memory eraser.

Emily McDonald is a professional photographer located in Edmonton, AB and has a large range of photography experience in different settings. Originally starting with product and action photography with Running Room Inc. she moved onto working for an Edmonton based travel company taking photos in South East Asia. Now she is working as a freelance real estate, brand, event, portrait and wedding photographer.

Arif Kassam has enjoyed phootography since High School when he shot black and white and developed the actual prints. Arif started his professional photography career shooting Family events and portraiture. He was encouraged to shoot his first wedding in 2005, which was a destination wedding in Cancun. That client loved the pics soo much they referred me to a few people, who referred me to a few people and it just expanded. 80% of my business was word of mouth. Arif has been active in shooting Corporate events and head shots as well as sporting events such as junior ice hockey tournaments. Arif has most recently shot a ringette tournament that was held in Edmonton. Arif understands lighting and camera settings and always shoots in manual mode for maximum control. Arif is fully capable of editing in photoshop and lightroom but strives to "get it right in camera"
