I have a passion for beautiful photography. From capturing images of people, to architecture, food and everyday life. I've been a professional photographer for over 15 years, and the 15 years before that I shot freelance as a fashion photographer. I've written several books on photography training. I've been published worldwide in books and magazines. I've worked with major companies like Walmart, Fed Ex, and Technicolor. I've had the pleasure of working on shoots with American Idol superstars, and my favorite person to photograph was Dierks Bentley for a national campaign. I love, love, love photography.

I'm D'Angelo Connell, a professional photographer and founder of D'Angelo Connell Photography. My journey began with a passion for storytelling through images, and over the years, I’ve turned that passion into a full-time career. I’m entirely self-taught, gaining my expertise through hands-on experience, client work, and continuous learning. My work spans corporate events, fashion, sports, real estate, portraits, and more—with clients ranging from the City of Memphis to national brands and publications. I’m driven by a deep love for capturing real moments and creating visuals that speak to the heart of a brand, person, or experience.
