How did you get started with photography

I have started Photography from the film era. My father had a Minolta film SLR camera and I have started using it when I was in high school. However, commercially I have started working when I was doing my Bachelor in Business back in 2006 in Bangladesh. In Bangladesh the digital photography revolution didn't start at that time. I believe my photography style along with a few friends of mine changed the nature of Wedding Photography in Bangladesh at that time. We started exploring the artistic side of photography using digital format and the use of post-processing software. Clients who were used the flat lighting and straight out of camera prints started to become fond of this style. Word of mouth boosted our business and clients were ready to spend good money to ensure this artistic style of photography for their special days.

What do you love about your job?

The best part of this job is client satisfaction. I try to deliver the pictures by myself to enjoy the look of my client's face. The lovely pictures with their family and friends and the pictures of themselves in that special day really made them happy. Many of my clients still keeps connection with me, thanks to social media. Another part which I love about Photography is I get to meet different and I am telling you many different kinds of people! Its fascinating.

What are some of your favorite places in Sydney to take photographs?

Toronto is a wonderful place for Photography. I have enjoyed working outdoors over here. I love Distillery District, Graffiti Alley and Casa Loma for photoshoots. Specially the older buildings and narrow streets provide wonderful backdrop for photoshoots.
