Casie was beyond incredible... From the moment we booked her, she has been super easy to work with. We didn't hire a full service wedding planner, so most of the time we were completely overwhelmed by other tasks, but Casie checked in with us every once a while, and remain mellow and supportive attitude. We were sorry that we failed to provide her with photo references like Pinterest board for her to know our photo expectations, but we were nowhere near worrying because we love her photography style and aesthetic already when seeing her online portfolio, so we trusted that we will be in good hands. On the day of, when I (bride) finally met her in person, I immediately felt so so fond of her!! Her gentle and polite quality calmed me down, and I was very comfortable with her existence in the bride's room when we were getting ready. As a nervous bride, it was important for me to not get any sort of pressure from the photographer and she nailed it! You see her around throughout the whole ceremony and reception, knowing she is responsible in doing her job, but you don't feel any interference from her. I believe that's also how she manage to capture a lot of people's photo in a very natural way. Both me and my husband have extremely high recommendation in her professional skill and her wonderful customer service. We are very thankful for her service and would no doubt recommend her to anyone out there looking for a photographer:)
