Laura was fantastic. She confirmed the appointment beforehand and arrived on time. I needed work headshots and I am pretty uncomfortable with photos. During the shoot she made me feel very relaxed. She understood how to get the best shots and gave me lots of prompts. I haven't received the photos yet but from what she showed me I'm sure they'll be nice.
