Jon Osumi is a free-lance photographer from Ventura, California. He has been covering sports action photography since 2006 in sports such as tennis, football, volleyball, soccer, baseball, softball, field hockey, basketball, track, and more. His sports galleries are currently published on Maxpreps. Jon has won numerous awards for his landscape, portrait, and wildlife photography as well. Jon found his motivation as a young teen growing up in the 1980's thumbing through sports magazines and being mesmerized by the incredible detail shown in the full page photos of athletes. From the beads of sweat running down his cheek to the wide-eyed pupils, he could instantly connect to the emotional feel of that frozen moment in time. Jon now relishes in the opportunity to convey the same story and feeling to the viewers of his photos.

I have 7+ years of experience in Wedding, Corporate & Event photography. It started of as a passion then I pursed photography & videography academically and here I am today, doing what I love, capturing the memorable moments of our lives and wiring a chapter thorough camera lens.
