Oscar Garfia is an experience photographer whos has served Northern California for over five years. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Sacramento. He worked for a portrait studio for over a year when obtaining his undergrad. As a freelance photographer, he has focused on car photography, modeling portraits, senior portraits, and wedding photos and video.
