My development as a photographer started in 2019, and for the past 5 years, I have always sought out new opportunities and experiences where I can involve creative thinking and photography. Over those years I have developed my skills of shot composition, angles, light, framing, focal points, and style with the goal of shooting great photos. I have around 1.5 years of experience working for an organization where I shoot weekly events that include live music/band performances, speeches, games, and community activities. In this ongoing position, I take photos once every week and also manage the organization’s social media to promote and advertise for this organization. Before the previously mentioned position I also held a summer job for a New England-based marketing company where I would travel to client job sites of people who I did not know and take photos of their work for the marketing company. This pushed me outside of my comfort zone by constantly placing me in new, variable spaces where I had to learn the flow of things and communicate with those who I had never met before. I also enjoy other creative mediums like drawing and mainly graphic design, so I am heavily involved in creative thinking, problem-solving, ideation, experimentation, and generally pushing myself to do new things.

Trained extensively in portrait photography, my skills are complemented by a wealth of experience in curating family stories through the lens. I find joy in orchestrating family gatherings, events, and special occasions, seizing the genuine emotions and connections that unfold in these cherished moments. My formal training encompasses a broad spectrum, from mastering portrait composition and lighting techniques to refining my post-processing skills. As a professional, I pride myself on creating an environment that fosters genuine interactions, ensuring that every family member feels comfortable and authentic in front of the camera.
