David Baird is an experienced professional photographer in the areas of Real Estate, Holiday Rental (Airbnb, etc), product, food and drone photography. He has worked with clients from Northern NSW to Brisbane and the Scenic Rim with over 1000 shoots completed over the last 5 years. He has worked with such clients as Ray White, LJ Hooker, McGraths, First National, AirBnb, Menulog and many more. David was previously a director of an advertising agency with clients such as AAPT, Vodafone, IXL, Geelong AFL Club and Brinton's Carpets

My journey into photography started as a fascination with capturing moments and spaces, which gradually evolved into a full-blown passion. Initially, I delved into real estate photography, finding joy in showcasing properties in their best light. Running my own business in New Zealand honed my skills, teaching me the nuances of lighting, composition, and the importance of attention to detail in portraying properties effectively. Moving to Australia presented new opportunities and challenges, but my dedication to photography remained unwavering. Expanding my repertoire, I ventured into providing prestige videos, 3D tours, floor plans, drone photos, and drone video services, enriching my skill set and offering clients a comprehensive visual experience. Virtual staging became another tool in my arsenal, allowing me to transform spaces digitally and help clients envision the potential of a property. Photogrammetry added a new dimension to my work, allowing me to create detailed 3D models from photographs, further enhancing my ability to showcase properties with depth and accuracy. Event photography provided yet another avenue for creativity, capturing the essence and emotion of special occasions. Throughout my journey, my passion for photography has been the driving force behind my growth and success. I constantly seek to refine my skills, staying abreast of industry trends and technology advancements to deliver exceptional results for my clients. Kevin Lian is an experienced professional photographer who has worked with many clients over New Zealand and Australia. He has much passion in photography and is willing to spend time with clients to discuss the ideal outcome of the photoshoot. Kevin specialises in family portraits and engagement photos but also does amazing job with individual portraits. Kevin is especially great at using natural lighting for photoshoot.
