What do you love about your job?

What I absolutely adore about being a photographer is the extraordinary opportunity to capture and celebrate the uniqueness of each individual and moment. Every day is a new adventure, a chance to explore diverse stories and perspectives. The thrill of creating art that resonates emotionally with others is unparalleled.

I love the connection that forms between me and the subjects I photograph. Whether it's the shared excitement of a couple on their wedding day, the quiet tenderness of a newborn photoshoot, or the vibrant energy of a corporate event, these experiences enrich my work and my life.

The creative freedom in photography is exhilarating. I have the privilege to experiment, innovate, and push the boundaries of traditional photography. This not only challenges me professionally but also leads to unique, captivating images that clients cherish.

Moreover, the joy of witnessing clients' reactions when they see their photos for the first time is indescribably rewarding. Knowing that I've played a part in capturing their important life moments, and that these images will be treasured for years to come, is deeply fulfilling.

What types of shoots have you done and how did you make them special?

My portfolio ranges from vibrant event photography to intimate maternity, newborn, and family sessions, along with captivating portrait and landscape work.

In event photography, whether it's a wedding, a corporate gala, or a lively birthday party, I focus on capturing the energy and emotion of the occasion. I blend into the background to catch candid moments while also ensuring key events are beautifully documented. I make these shoots special by looking for those unscripted interactions – a heartfelt hug, a burst of laughter, a reflective pause – that truly encapsulate the spirit of the event.

Maternity and newborn photography are all about celebrating new beginnings. For these shoots, I create a comfortable and serene environment. I pay attention to the tiny details – the gentle hold of a hand, the soft expressions – to produce images that are tender and emotive. I often incorporate personal items or settings meaningful to the family, adding a layer of personalization and depth to the photographs.

Family shoots are an opportunity to showcase the unique dynamics and personalities within a family. I engage with each family member, from the youngest to the oldest, to capture their essence and the bond they share. I encourage families to be themselves, which allows me to capture genuine moments of interaction and affection, making each shoot truly special.

In portrait and landscape photography, I strive to capture the character and story behind the subject or scene. A fun fact about this photographer

Here's a little-known, fun fact about me: I'm not only a photographer, but also a marathon runner and a pole dancer! My clients often joke that they never see me taking their pictures because I'm just too fast, thanks to my marathon training. It's true, I can swiftly move around to capture those perfect, candid moments without anyone noticing – I'm like a photographic ninja at events!

My love for marathon running has instilled in me great stamina and the ability to keep going for hours, which is a boon during long photo shoots and day-long events. And when it comes to pole dancing, it's all about balance, strength, and grace – qualities that surprisingly complement my photography, especially when I'm angling for those challenging shots.

This combination of endurance and elegance not only keeps me fit but also creatively inspired. It's about pushing limits, whether I'm lacing up my running shoes, climbing the pole, or framing that perfect shot. And, of course, I always bring this same energy and enthusiasm to every photo session!
