Hannah responded quickly and was flexible with dates and times for the shoot. She listened to my requirements and followed my requests. When I realized that my requirements were not accurate and it resulted in not receiving the pictures I really wanted, she offered to reshoot at no additional cost to me to get the photos I needed. She was informative, understanding and professional at all times. Would highly recommend.
