St. Louis Food Photographers

Gregory Cross is a veteran photographer who has been lucky enough to travel the world capturing unique and special moments. Gregory's work has been featured in the past on National Geographic, New York Times, USAToday, ABCNews, Good Morning America, and Newspapers such as the St. Louis Post Dispatch, The New Lenox Patriot, Sauce Magazine, and the Southsider. Mr. Cross goes above and beyond to find new and interesting perspectives for every assignment.

I studied photography in college and I interned with a local freelance editorial and commercial photographer in St. Louis. Through working with this photographer I learned how to work with people and light for people and products. After college I worked and still work sometimes with a few commercial and advertising photographers as a digital tech and assistant. Also at the same time I started working for the local alt-weekly newspaper. Shooting assignments and learning from experienced photographers I have been able to really hone my skills as a photographer and as a person too.

I've been an active photographer for 5 years in St. Louis, mainly capturing urban subjects and the interaction between the natural and modern world. Recently I've focused my skills in commercial work, shooting food, product, and real estate.

Rachel Carr is a food photographer with a real passion for cooking and hospitality. With over 12 years experience as a restaurant chef and 5 years food blogger, she brings a real chef's eye to your shoot! Rachel has recently written and photographed a cookbook featuring delicious shots of her healthy vegetarian food. She is especially passionate about helping restauranteurs and chefs have great shots of their food to promote their business!

Casey is a professional freelance photographer and has shot all types of photography. His work has been seen in galleries, print and online publication, and most importantly, hung in the homes of his clients. Casey's skills were born out of the action sports and have given him a firm grasp on lighting and difficult shooting situations. That combined with formal education in film photography has allowed him to become a master of his craft. Casey enjoys shooting everything and takes pride in his ability to find unique perspectives in any setting.

Coolty is a an artistic creative who is self-taught and worked in photography for 10+ years. He has a reputation of being professional and personable with a unique ability to communicate the desired impact with the visual stories he creates and contributes to. He specializes in projects that are planned and produced to communicate a specific idea, whether that is developing a creative plan for a campaign with props or planning where the light will be for a natural light shoot outside of or within structures. He has a educational background in engineering with masters degree in design that contributes to his ability to communicate stories about the form and function of structures and products. Available for travel anywhere, he has been hired by a publications, federal government agencies, engineering/architecture firms, corporations, celebrities (current + up & coming) and mostly people who want to live (& remember) their best lives.
