Ellen was absolutely amazing! She communicated well with me ahead of our shoot and was flexible on timing with us. We had a big extended family of 20 and she did such a fantastic job working with us on different groups and positioning. The photos turned out great and she got them to us quickly. Ellen was just delightful to work with! We had multiple family members with disabilities and on the spectrum, and she was incredibly patient with both working with these individuals and the combination of different portrait requests we had. More importantly, Ellen was incredibly diligent about making sure the settings were well lit and would provide the most optimal setting for a clear and beautiful picture. They all turned out stunning, and we couldn't be happier!
