Photographes Portrait à St. Louis

I hired Jill to do my 2 teens senior photos a few years ago. One of those teens never smiles. Here's the thing: she captured his essence entirely anyway by letting him be him. That, in the end, made for the best pictures, rather than forced fakeness I was asking for originally. Sometimes people think they want things, but Jill has been-there-done-that enough to know what actually transmits through the lens. I appreciate the candor and humility she uses to deliver that message, without a complete blow to me-who-thinks-I-know better. She definitely shakes it up--in all the right ways, it turns out. You get the BEST, even if it's not by the way you think it will come. I went on to hire her for several more events. In fact I will never NOT hire her. Because there's photographs and there's art. Jill delivers ART.
