Alex was on time, outstanding in his work, perfectionist. Will indeed book him again and will surely circulate in my network of friends, family, colleagues to book him. Honestly, I was not trusting the service after reading all the reviews. Customer support staff, called in an hour after I submitted my concern. Answered all my queries. Next morning Alex called to understand my needs for the photoshoot I booked. He also confirmed if the photoshoot was still going ahead after realising concerns I raised with customer service team later that evening. This is a genuine and professional service in Australia. I used Snapper 2 days ago, booked from snapper website, I am based in Adelaide. And yes I am a genuine Customer. I am not a Snapper staff either using fake as a customer just to give them 5 stars to look great on their testimony. Really happy and will use Snapper and Alex’s service again and again. 😀😀😀😀Meets.
