With a background in theater and video production, Will made the jump into photography a number of years ago. He's been lucky to have been able to photograph and create media all over the world (5 continents and nearly 40 countries). He loves telling stories through images. The majority of his training came from photojournalism mentor, workshops, and through experience. He loves meeting new people and capturing their best side.

Along with formal education I use my camera daily to enhance my skills and listen to podcasts to stay up to date on industry happenings. While on the elliptical at the gym you can also find me watching YouTube tutorials on editing, posing, lighting and other photography basics. I love this trade and I believe it is important to continually learn!

Will grew up with a nact for electronics. In 1997 when faced with a career choice, Will went on to earn a B.A. from ITT in Fort Lauderdale in Electronic Engineering. At ITT he became a student photographer for the school's marketing department, covering events, competitions, and local school news. Unaware this would ignite a passion inside of him that he had no idea of. Will started covering the school's basketball program, then when the season was over He connected with NOVA in Davie FL and started covering their program and during their offseason, He would cover the park and recreation sports where he found himself eventually covering year-round sports. In 2006 Will relocated to the Tampa Bay area and trained under Jimmy Starling an SEC broadcast production Engineer in video and sound Production. While still shooting headshots, weddings, and events on the side, Will focused on Cinematography, learning Adobe Premier and Photoshop. Starling's broadcast schedule had him on the road a lot, which afforded Will to assume a role as the Media Director over one of the largest churches in St Pete. By 2014, Will opened his own 700 square foot studio in downtown St Pete. When He saw there was a need to be met, He asked to take on an additional task and teach a group of youth broadcasting, photography and video editing for the church weekly announcements. Today Will continues to freelance as a cinematographer and photographer, shooting and directing mostly community content, events and weddings.

I was Born in the Magical & Romantic City of Cartagena, Colombia. Studied Advertising at Jorge Tadeo Lozano University where my passion for Photography grew after working in a Dark Room developing Films. Influenced by the Music, Arts and Culture decided to move to New York in 2007 looking to Improve my Photography Skills. The Big Apple gave me the Opportunity to work as an Inter for few Established and Successful Photographers like Eric Hason who showed me the beauty of Portraits and Fashion. After getting Married and my first Baby was Born, decided to move to a less chaotic city and is where I found The Paradise of Tampa Bay. This City gave me the opportunity to grow and established my Freelance Photography. I do feel like home. Photographing more than 50 weddings a Year, Portraits and Events around the Tampa Bay area, Clearwater and St Petersburg. Thank you for the Opportunity!
