She had such a warm, patient way of making him feel comfortable in front of the camera, and it really shows in the natural, joyful expressions she captured. Our original Snappr photographer, Jordan from Melbourne, cancelled with late notice and no reason. Luckily Snappr support found us a replacement photographer very quickly who could take our photo within days. The Snappr team were quick to were respond and understanding and wanted to help us.
