Jen Lee is a West Hollywood-based photographer who has published and exhibited photographs and videos internationally. Her work has graced the pages of The Los Angeles Times, Stern, The New York Times, The Sunday Times, GQ, Mother Jones, Vice, Esquire, Vanity Fair Italy, and IoDonna, to name a few. Outside of photography, Jen is passionate about horseback riding, classical piano and fitness.

I’ve been a taking photos and shooting video for 13 years, specializing in commercial content, storytelling, and creative visuals. My background includes photography, filming, editing, and 3D modeling/design. I love creating content that feels cinematic and authentic. Capturing moments and turning ideas into visuals that people connect with is what it's all about.

I have been shooting for a decade and working professionally for the last five years. Most of what I know came from volume rather than a classroom. I spent eight months as a staff photographer for a production company in Kauai, shooting underwater and portrait work on back to back charters and delivering finished, edited galleries the same day, every day. Some days that meant culling and editing 500 plus images before I went to bed. Alongside that I have shot commercial work for brands including DJI, Solitude Mountain Resort, Liquid IV and Jackery, residential real estate including interiors, exteriors and aerials, and live events and concerts on same night deadlines. I shoot a Canon R5 and fly my own drone. I am organized, I communicate, and I hit turnarounds. Mostly I just still love doing this, which is why I have never wanted a job where I put the camera down.
