Winnipeg Portrait Photographers

Hey! I'm Jay Patel (Known as Meet Patel), a photographer and videographer based here in Manitoba. I've been lucky enough to do this for years, and I've shot a huge mix of stuff. I handle all kinds of video and photo projects—whether it's making food look delicious, capturing homes for real estate, or getting great shots of kids and families outdoors. On top of that, I also love shooting weddings, maternity and couple sessions, product photos, landscapes, and lifestyle moments.

I have been serving clients for over 20 years, with a break for covid years and caring for a new baby. The adjustment from before to after has been substantial. In my earlier years of photography, I photographed food for chefs, portraits of professionals and families, and experimented in techniques for artistic craft, which gained me the only award in the Saskatchewan Craft Council under a photography category in 2013. Since my return to Winnipeg in 2018, I have been freelancing to photograph cars and continued an appreciation for the service industry by photographing food. I look forward to work in portrait for professionals and individuals again in 2025.

I have worked with lot of model and clients to learn new things and delivering the best pictures possible. I trained under some professional photographers in Vancouver to learn and develop new skills and experience.

Fueled by creativity Darcy Finley has an eye for capturing emotion and drama as a moment in time. With an innate sensibility Finley puts his subjects at ease and brings out their true self. With vast years of experience he has developed an impressive portfolio specializing in editorial and commercial photography. He is also an accomplished NHL photographer and has been working with the Winnipeg Jets for the past 4 years. Finley strives to capture dynamic images to accomplish his goal as one of the elite photographers for the NHL.

Ekaterina or just Kate is a photographer with unique art vision. Her huge passion for photography, capturing significant events, special touching moments of life, tender stories of love, the power of family and friendship, special corporate business values, encourages her to constantly develop, discovering new sides and knowledge in a photography path.

Kaity's love for photography grew after she bought her first camera. She started taking pictures of friends and her travels and she just couldn't put the camera down after she picked it up for the first time.
