The Site Operations team is the backbone that supports the Manila operations, dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the well-being and growth of our employees. As a Manager leading the entire Site Operations function, you will lead a team of highly-specialized and talented individuals, collaborating cross-functionally across the entire organization globally to design and implement strategic people initiatives that drive organizational growth and success.
You will play a pivotal role in achieving this mission, shaping our company culture, and supporting all our team members throughout their lifecycle in the organization.
Responsibilities:
Talent Management & Development: Developing strategies for talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, performance, and growth.
Engagement & People Programs: Implementing programs to enhance employee engagement and maximize overall employee satisfaction.
Total Rewards: Designing and implementing comprehensive reward systems encompassing salary, benefits, bonuses, and recognition programs.
People Business Partnership: Partnering with business units to align people strategies with organizational goals.
Office Management & Workplace Experience: Ensuring optimal workplace conditions to enable the team to work effectively and support their well-being.
Vendor Management: Managing relationships with vendors that provide products and services across various functions within the team
Data Management & Analytics: Leveraging data to optimize talent strategies and various people processes
Qualifications & Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience
Well-rounded HR professional, ideally with experience working in a fast-paced early stage environment
Strong understanding of local HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance
Willing to roll up sleeves and take a hands-on approach to ensure tasks and projects are executed effectively.
