1. What is Snappr?
Snappr is a professional visual content platform with two ways to work with us:
- For individuals and small businesses (on-demand): Book a one-off photo or video shoot for family portraits, headshots, real estate listings, events, and more through our on-demand marketplace. Pick a time and location, and we match you with a vetted local photographer/videographer in minutes.
- For enterprise: Run photography/videography projects at scale in hundreds of locations and through thousands of shoots with Workflows, our low-code content and booking management platform. Connect it via API integrations into the tools your team already uses. Trusted by leading brands across real estate, food delivery, hospitality, automotive listings, e-commerce, and other industries.
Either way, you get world-class visual content faster and more easily than doing it yourself.
2. What regions do you service?
Snappr is global, with coverage that depends on how you work with us:
- For individuals and small businesses (on-demand): Instant booking across the United States, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU, Singapore, and New Zealand — covering ~90% of the population in those markets. We can also book shoots in parts of the Philippines and Israel.
- For enterprise: Worldwide. Beyond our instant-booking regions, we scale our creator network to meet program needs in additional countries and metros. Multi-market brands can run a single global photography program through Snappr.
3. What shoot types do you offer?
Almost any kind of professional photography and videography.
- For individuals and small businesses (on-demand): Family and portrait sessions, headshots, weddings, events, real estate listings, small-business branding, newborn and maternity, and pets. We also do video shoots, including event highlight reels, social media content, and promotional videos. You'll get a photographer/ videographer who specializes in your shoot type.
- For enterprise: Bulk photography/videography across high-impact verticals — real estate listings and virtual tours, restaurant and food-delivery menu shoots (including short-form video for menu items), automotive listings and 360° walkarounds, e-commerce product assets, corporate headshots and team videos, and hospitality property and lifestyle content. Programs run at scale across hundreds or thousands of locations.
If your use case isn't on the list, we can almost always build a program around it.
4. Will my photos and videos be edited?
Yes. Every shoot includes editing, with services tailored to your needs.
- For individuals and small businesses (on-demand): All photoshoots include standard editing, such as exposure and color correction, to ensure your images look polished and consistent. Video shoots include basic trimming and audio balancing or removal. Every project also undergoes a quality review to ensure it meets the original shoot brief.
(Disclaimer: Editing may be completed directly by your photographer/videographer. While these galleries may not undergo our standard quality-control review process, we're committed to ensuring you're happy with the final result. If you have any concerns about your edits, just reach out to our support team, and we'll be happy to review the gallery and help resolve them.)
- For Enterprise clients: We provide fully managed editing programs designed around your brand guidelines, output requirements, and turnaround expectations. Advanced editing services–including background removal, object removal, image enhancement, retouching, virtual staging, and sky/lawn replacement–can be delivered at scale. Every asset is reviewed through a combination of automated workflows and human quality control to ensure consistent, on-brand results across large content libraries.
In both cases, you’ll get final, edited images–not raw camera files that you’ll have to fix yourself.
5. Can I choose my photographer?
Yes. Your choice depends on how you book.
- For individuals and small businesses (on-demand): When you start a booking, we show you a short list of the best available photographers/videographers matched to your date, time, location, and shoot type. You can view sample photos and profiles before picking your favorite.
- For enterprise: Snappr matches photographers/videographers from our vetted network to your brand's style guide, shot list, and quality standards. You get the right creator for every shoot without having to source or screen them yourself. Repeat work in a given location often goes to the same creator for consistency, and program managers can request specific creators when needed.
Every creator in the Snappr network is professionally vetted before they shoot for you.
6. Can I shoot in multiple locations?
Not a problem. We can make adjustments depending on how you book.
- For individuals and small businesses (on-demand): During a single shoot, your photographer/videographer can move between locations within walking distance. This is useful for, say, a real estate listing that includes an exterior, interior, and nearby amenity. Build a few extra minutes into your duration to account for setup at each new spot. If your locations are farther apart, book separate shoots back-to-back.
- For enterprise: You book a shoot for each location separately. Then, Snappr coordinates photography/videography programs across those locations in one or many cities, countries, or regions. You get a single point of contact, consistent quality across every site, and a single delivery pipeline, regardless of how many locations are in scope.
Whether it's two rooms or two thousand storefronts, we make multi-location photography/videography simple to coordinate.
7. When will I get my photos?
Standard delivery is fast, and enterprise programs can be faster.
- For individuals and small businesses (on-demand): You'll receive an email with a link to your personal online gallery, typically within 48 hours after any shoot type other than events. Event photoshoots may take up to 72 hours. If you haven't received your gallery (or want it sent to a different address), contact us.
- For enterprise: Turnaround is set per program and tuned to your operational needs with standard turnaround times at 48 hours after the shoot. Photos can be delivered directly into the tools your team already uses (CMS, PIM, DAM, or via API), not as a one-off email link.
8. How do I reschedule or change my booking?
You can change or reschedule your booking as long as you contact Snappr at least 24 hours before your photoshoot appointment.
Please contact Snappr support, and a customer service representative will be happy to help you with your booking.
9. How much does Snappr cost?
Pricing depends on shoot type, duration, and scale.
- For individuals and small businesses (on-demand): Transparent, all-inclusive pricing starting from a per-shoot rate that varies by shoot type (portraits, real estate, headshots, events, etc.) and duration. You'll see the full price before you book. Book here once you’re ready.
- For enterprise: Custom volume-based pricing. Your per-shoot rate is negotiated based on monthly shoot volume, geographic footprint, editing requirements, and integration scope. Enterprise clients get a discount on the service fee.

10. How are your photographers vetted?
Every photographer/videographer in the Snappr network passes a multi-step vetting process before they shoot for any customer.
- For individuals and small businesses (on-demand): Photographers/videographers are vetted on portfolio quality, professional experience, equipment standards, and reliability. We monitor performance through customer ratings and reviews on every shoot.
- For enterprise: The same baseline vetting applies. Photographers/videographers assigned to enterprise programs are onboarded with the client's style guide, shot list, and quality bar. We maintain dedicated creator pools to ensure consistency across thousands of shoots.
Quality is non-negotiable across both. Every creator is held to the same standards regardless of who's booking.
11. What formats will I receive?
You'll receive high-quality, professionally edited images optimized for your intended use–whether for digital channels, print, or enterprise workflows.
- For individuals and small businesses (on-demand): Photos delivered as fully edited, high-resolution JPEGs (300 dpi), while video files are delivered as is, with resolutions up to 4K. All files will be accessible through your personal online gallery and are suitable for social media, websites, marketing materials, and standard print applications.
- For Enterprise clients : Photo/video specifications can be customized to your package requirements, including resolution, aspect ratio, color profile, watermarking, file naming conventions, video codecs, bitrates, and metadata. All assets can be delivered as channel-specific, optimized versions, RAW files, or both, and integrated directly into your CMS, PIM, or DAM via API.
Usage rights: In both cases, you retain full rights to the delivered content and may use the images and videos however you choose.
12. What if I'm not happy with the results?
We make it right.
- For individuals and small businesses (on-demand): Every booking comes with our quality guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your photos or videos, contact us. If circumstances call for it, we'll work with you to make it right with additional editing, a reshoot, or a refund.
- For enterprise: Quality SLAs are built into every program agreement. Our QA team reviews shots against your style guide and shot list before delivery, and any flagged shots are re-edited or re-shot before you ever see them. Customer satisfaction reporting is built into program management.
We back every shoot at any scale because trust is the product.
