- Does the price change by city?
- No. The rate is set nationally, so a listing shoot costs the same in New York as it does in Akron. What changes city to city is what local photographers charge, which is what these figures compare against.
- Does the price include drone or twilight coverage?
- No. A listing shoot covers stills of the property during the booked time; drone and twilight photography are separate services and are not part of this rate. Independent photographers commonly charge $75 to $200 to add drone coverage to a listing shoot.
