How the price is set
Every tier is a flat ladder: one price for the first hour, then a fixed amount for each hour after, with a 15% fee on top. The first hour covers the photographer, the equipment, travel inside the metro and the editing. Most photographers charge you more for wanting more. We do the opposite. United States prices are shown; every other country has its own ladder in the list above.

Is this the price I actually pay?
There's a 15% service fee applied on top. Everything is itemized and totaled before you book, so the figure you confirm is the figure you pay.
Does pricing change by city?
Rates are set per country, not per city. The same shoot costs the same in every city of a country we cover.
How many images do I get?
That depends on the tier and the shoot type. All-inclusive delivers every usable photo from the shoot, edited. Value delivers a set number of edited photos. How many a photographer can take in an hour varies by shoot type: a food shoot, where each dish is lit and styled individually, yields around 10 edited images an hour, while an event shoot yields around 60.
What if I need a longer shoot?
Shoots extend by the hour. The effective hourly rate falls as the shoot gets longer, so one long booking beats several short ones.
Do you offer volume pricing?
Yes, through the Pro and Enterprise plans. Shoot rates stay the same; the service fee drops from 15% to 9% on Pro and is waived on Enterprise, and both add dedicated pros, SLAs and API access for recurring and multi-market work.
When am I charged?
At booking, once you confirm the itemized total. Cancel before the cancellation window opens and there is no charge.
