Is this the price I actually pay?
A 15% service fee is added to the shoot price. Everything is itemized and totaled before you book, so the figure you confirm is the figure you pay.
What does the price include?
A professional videographer matched to your shoot, the filming equipment they bring, and every clip they shoot as original footage.
Does pricing change by city?
Rates are set per country, not per city. The same shoot costs the same in every city of a country we cover.
How long should I book?
Book for the time you need on site. The average videography booking runs a little over two hours, and events run longer. Each extra hour is charged at the flat hourly rate.
What if no videographer is available?
After you pay, a dedicated concierge contacts you to find the right videographer. If we cannot find a match, you get a full refund.
